Black Stars midfielder, Mubarak Wakaso has expressed his excitement after his younger brother Alhassan Wakaso made a return to training after a long-term injury.
Alhassan Mubarak has been out of action for a year and half after sustaining an injury.[ads2]
He couldn’t play a single game for Victoria Guimares in the 2019/20 league season and has also been sidelined from the team this season.
But Alhassan Mubarak returned to training at Victoria Guimeras last Monday and will be available for selection when the Portuguese league return from the Christmas break in January, 2021.[ads3]
Expressing his excitement on his brother return to the pitch again since May, 2019, Mubarak Wakaso wrote on Instagram that, “He is back. Alhamdulillah, will sit back and watch you again blood. Allah is great. @alhassanwakaso.”[ads4]
Alhassan Mubarak joined Victoria Guimeras in the Portuguese league in 2018 after a tough spell with FC Lorient in France.
He capped 34 matches for Victoria Guimeras across all competitions with just two goals.[ads5]
