President and bankroller of Medeama Sporting Club, Moses Armah Parker has revealed that his outfit target for this season is to win double.[ads2]
According to him, the club has targeted to win the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League and FA Cup trophies and be able to represent the country in CAF inter-club competitions next season.
“Our target has always been to win trophies and it hasn’t changed this season, we are hoping to win the League and the FA Cup.[ads3]
The two-time FA Cup champions finished last season on the second position, losing the league title to Asante Kotoko.
Speaking to Onua FM, Moses Armah Parker indicated that financial constraints was the reason why Medeama SC failed to lift the league trophy last season.
“We couldn’t win the league last season because of some financial challenge. I was doing everything from my own pocket”, the astute football administrator cum businessman added.[ads4]
Medeama SC have begun the 2022/23 league season on a good note, winning its first two matches against Legon Cities FC and Tamale City.
