The prolific attacker has re-joined the Yellow & Mauves on a two-year deal after fruitful negotiations.
He has re-joined Medeama has a free agent after spell with Zambian giant Zanaco FC.
Ofori was on the verge of joining Aduana Stars but Medeama leapfrog them to secure the signature of the goal monster.
