Medeama Sporting Club have showered praises on referee Eric Owusu Prempeh despite defeat at home to Elmina Sharks on Sunday.

The Yellow & Mauves were beaten 1:2 by Elmina Sharks at the fortress Akoon Park to end their unbeaten run at home in week ten of the Ghana Premier League last Sunday.
Despite the painful defeat, Medeama have commended referee Eric Owusu Prempeh for his brilliant performance during the match.
A statement on Medeama official twitter page reads, ” We would like to commend the fantastic performance of referee Éric Owusu Prempeh in our 2-1 defeat at home to ElminaSharks

Despite the defeat, Medeama currently sit second on the league log with 17 points, just a point adrift league leaders Ashgold Sporting Club.
