Asante Kotoko suffered their first defeat in the ongoing Ghana Premier League as Berekum Chelsea gave them a shock of their lives at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

Kofi Owusu scored the only goal in the game for Berekum Chelsea to beat Kotoko at their favorite home ground.
Owusu netted the opener for Chelsea in the first half despite Kotoko dominating possession.
The recess begun with Asante Kotoko dominating possession and creating glaring goal scoring opportunities but all to no avail.
Ampem Dacosta was shown the exit after center referee Charles Bullu shown him the red card.
