Nigeria top-flight side, Lobi Stars have expressed interest in AshantiGold Sporting Club defender Ampem Dacosta.
The highly intelligent central defender is on the wanted list of the Makurdi-based after a sensational form last season.[ads2]
Sources reveal that, Lobi Stars want to sign the former Karela United defender on a season-long loan deal with option to make it permanent should he impress.
Even though AshantiGold SC have refused to let go the defender as they prepare for the upcoming league season, it is believed Lobi Stars are willing to break the bank for the service of the talented defender.[ads3]
Dacosta was spectacular for the Miners last season and helped the team to reach the finals of the FA Cup but lost the title to Hearts of Oak.
He joined AshantiGold SC in September, 2020 after parting ways with Asante Kotoko.
