Liberty Professionals have completed the signing of former Asante Kotoko defender Evans Owusu.
Owusu has joined Liberty Professionals but would be registered when the second transfer window is opened on February 16, 2021.[ads2]
The talented left-back has joined Liberty Professionals as a free agent after his contract with Asante Kotoko was terminated.[ads3]
Evans Owusu has been tipped as the perfect option to strengthen the Liberty Professionals defence after their heavy defeat to WAFA Sporting Club in Sogakope.
Evans Owusu was among the four players that dragged Asante Kotoko to the Ghana FA Players Statues Committee over unfair treatment by the club.[ads4]
Asante Kotoko have been asked to pay the player in excess of GHC25,000 for non-payment of his transfer fees to the club.[ads5]
