Ghana Premier League side Legon Cities FC are set to appoint Fatau Dauda as a goalkeeper’s trainer for the club.
The experienced goalkeeper has been considered for the top position at the club following his vast experience as a goalkeeper.[ads2]
Kyfilla.com understands, the former Black Stars goalkeeper will be named the second goalkeeper’s trainer at the club before the commencement of the new league season.
He joined Legon Cities FC as the first choice goalkeeper in the 2019/20 league season after stints with Nigerian side Enyimba.[ads3]
With Legon Cities FC aiming to strengthen every department on the field of play, it is believed that Fatau Dauda has been highly considered for the aforementioned position.
Fatau Dauda has formerly played for clubs like AshantiGold SC, Orlando Pirates, Chippa United, Enyimba FC and now with Legon Cities FC.[ads4]
He made 24 appearances for the Ghana senior male national team, Black Stars after his debut in 2008.
Fatau Dauda was in the Ghana national team squad for the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations, and was the first choice goalkeeper for Ghana in the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations.[ads5]
