The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced the nominees for the betPawa Ghana Premier League player of the month for September award.[ads2]
The four shortlisted nominees featured two players from Medeama Sporting Club namely Kwasi Donsu and Kofi Asmah as well as Aduana Stars duo of Bright Adjei and Kwame Adom Frimpong.
In the month of September, Kwasi Donsu played three matches for Medeama Sporting Club, scoring two goals and winning two man of the match awards while Kofi Asmah featured in three matches and netted two times for the Yellow and Mauves.[ads3]
Bright Adjei has also been nominated for the award after playing three matches for Aduana Stars, scored two goals and won a man of the match award while Kwame Adom Frimpong bagged two goals and two man of the match awards in three games.
The winner will receive products from sponsors of the awards, Nasco.
Meanwhile, the betPawa Ghana Premier League has been put on hold after a Court injunction filed by Dr Kwaku Frimpong who is the President of relegated side AshantiGold SC.[ads4]
