There were reports that former Brighton and Holve Albion gaffer, Chris Hughton has landed the top Black Stars job with former Dortmund players Otto Addo and Ibrahim Tanko to serve as assistant coaches.
But with the date for the Nigeria clash approaching, John Paintsil believes Kwasi Appiah should be given the Black Stars job as he has seen it all with the team after leading on two stints.[ads4]
Paintsil believes Kwasi Appiah can qualify Ghana to the world cup considering his vast experience with the Black Stars.
“There’s no time at all on our side, I think they should appoint a coach who’s seen it all, Coach Kwasi Appiah is one of the coaches who can handle the Ghana and Nigeria game”, he said on GTV Sports + on the country’s search for a new Black Stars coach.[ads5]
