Ghana midfielder, Salis Abdul Samed has tipped country-mates Mohammed Kudus and Kamaldeen Sulemana for greatness in the near future.[ads2]
The Lens midfielder believes the two youngsters have exceptional qualities that could make them superstars in world football barring any career threatening injuries.
Salis was part of the Ghana squad that represented the country in the 2022 FIFA World Cup and had the opportunity to train with Kudus Mohammed and Kamaldeen Sulemana hence his assertions.
“Everybody knows it is Kudus [Mohammed], for me he will be a superstar in the future because his qualities are different from all of us here. He really help us in a game”, Salis told TV3 reporter Thierry Nyan.[ads3]
” Another person is Kamaldeen Sulemana, only if he will get more chance to play, I have played against him in the ligue I [French league] both last season and this season and i think that guy will be a superstar if he works really hard with less injury, then he will be a great player”, he added.
Kudus Mohammed has been the center for discussion considering his exceptional performance for Ghana in the FIFA World Cup, scoring two goals with an assist.
He has become the first Ghanaian to score twice in a single game at the World Cup after his brace against South Korea in the second group game.[ads4]
It is believed that German Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund have joined list of clubs interested in signing Kudus Mohammed after a scintillating display at the World Cup.
There were reports that Manchester United sent scout to monitor Kamaldeen Sulemana for a possible transfer from Rennes in the next transfer window.
Meanwhile, Ghana couldn’t progress from the group stage of the mundial after finishing at the bottom of the group H table with three points.[ads5]
