Andy Kumi, striker for Ghana Premier League side, Kotoku Royals has said his outfit will escape relegation this season.[ads2]
The Ghana Premier League newcomers currently languish at the bottom of the league table with 17 points after 21 matches.
Despite being tipped by many to return to the division one league after the 2022/23 league season, Kotoku Royals are currently in a blistering, beating Bechem United last weekend to record three straight home wins.[ads3]
And Andy Kumi who has been a key member of the Aki Oda-based club believes Kotoku Royals will escape relegation.
“What Kotoku needs is the support of our fans. We can escape relegation and the inclusion of myself and other key players to the squad has brought some life into the team”, the former Asante Kotoko striker told Happy FM.
“We need to believe we can escape relegation and I’m calling on all Kotoku Royals fans to rally their support behind us” he added.[ads4]
