Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Felix Annan has finally received his best goalkeeper award, an award he won during the 2018/19 edition of the Ghana Football Awards.

The Asante Kotoko skipper had two nominations during the awards namely; Goalkeeper of the Year and the Home based player of the year.
Annan lost the home based player of the year award to former teammate Abdul Fatawu Safiu who currently plays for Trellesborg FF in Sweden.
With his impressive form in the said season for Asante Kotoko, Felix Annan managed to beat Meritzburg United shot stopper Richard Ofori and Enugu Rangers netminder Nana Bonsu to win the award.

After barely nine months of winning the award, the former WAFA SC goalkeeper posted on his twitter page, confirming that he has finally received his plaque.
