Asante Kotoko have settled the GH¢5000 fine imposed on them by the Club Licencing Board of the Ghana Football Association.

Kotoko were fined GH¢5000 for failing to furnish the Club Licencing Board their Board of Directors.
In an interview, the Accra Rep of Asante Kotoko Mr. Edmund Ackah has confirmed that indeed his outfit have paid the money to the Club Licencing Board of the Ghana Football Association.

“Yes we have paid the money to them (GFA), it’s true’, Edmund Ackah told Kumasi based Oyerepa FM.
Meanwhile, Kotoko have been ordered by the Players and Coaches Statues Committee of the Ghana Football Association to compensate their former coaches CK Akonnor and Kjetil Zachariassen.
