Ghana Premier League giant Asante Kotoko are close to signing Ugandan defender Murushid Juuko.
It is believed that, Asante Kotoko have reached the advanced stage of discussion with the defender who is hoping the ban on Ghana’s borders will be lifted before putting pen to paper for Kotoko.

Per reports from in the media, Kotoko will be paying a whopping $150,000.00 for the services of the player who is a regular in the Uganda national team.
Kotoko is said to have leapfrogged the likes of Algerian side MC Algiers for the player who last played for Wydad Athletic of Morocco.

With Asante Kotoko strengthening their squad for the next season’s CAF Champions League campaign, signing Murushid Juuko would be of great addition to the team’s defense.
Juuko has capped 30 times for the Uganda national team and has played two AFCON tournaments with the Uganda national team (2017&2019).
Murushid Juuko has also played for Simba Sports Club in Tanzania and Ugandan sides Bunamwaya and SC Victoria University.
