Supporters of Ghana Premier League giant Asante Kotoko have donated a whopping GH¢15,881.48 to support the club.
This was from the supporters’ fundraising exercise to help the club financially.

The fundraising exercise began in January this year when the Ghana Football Association placed a three matches home ban and a fine of GH¢20,000.00 on the club following a crowd violence in day three of Asante Kotoko Ghana Premier League match against Berekum Chelsea where the Porcupines were beaten by a goal to nil.
According to the General Manager of Asante Kotoko Nana Akwasi Gyambibi Coker, the NCC gave the club GH¢6550.00 while a sum of GH¢9,331.48 were individual contributions from fans in Ghana and abroad.
