Asante Kotoko defender Imoro Ibrahim has completed his move to Sudanese giants Al Hilal Omdurman.
The 22-year old left-back has joined the Sudanese giants after fruitful negotiations between the two clubs and undergoing a mandatory medicals earlier this week.
Imoro who has been a sensation since joining Asante Kotoko, has signed for Al Hilal Omdurman in a deal worth $150,000 plus add-ons.
Since joining Kotoko in 2019 from Karela United, Imoro Ibrahim has been a core figure in the Kotoko team, becoming one of the darling boys in the club.
The delight to watch defender was a sensation for Asante Kotoko last season, scoring two goals with eight assists in 28 league matches for the team.
He contributed greatly to the team’s winning of the last season’s Ghana Premier League title under coach Prosper Narteh Ogum who shockingly resigned from his position in the club weeks ago.
Imoro Ibrahim’s extraordinary form for Asante Kotoko earned him a call-up to the Black Galaxies of Ghana in the 2022 CHAN qualifiers against Benin.
He dazzled in the two legged games against Benin and helped Ghana to progress to the next stage of the qualifiers after a 4:0 aggregate scoreline.
