The General Manager of Asante Kotoko, Nana Akwasi Gyambibi Coker has revealed that his outfit are considering three stadia for their home matches.

Kotoko and King Faisal are searching for a new home venue following the temporary closure of the Baba Yara Sports Stadium by the National Sports Authority.
Earlier on the Youth & Sports Minister Hon. Isaac Kwame Asiamah in an interview mentioned that the Nyinahin Sports Complex is ready to host Kotoko and even King Faisal if they want to use the facility.

But Nana Akwasi Gyambibi Coker has revealed that, the management of Kotoko are considering either Bechem, Obuasi or Cape Coast for their home matches.
“We are considering Obuasi, Bechem, Cape Coast stadia respectively to play our home games”, Nana Coker told Light FM.
“Each of the stadia comes with it’s challenges including traveling and economic factors. How influential can these stadia be for us to ascertain all the debts we have incurred in the past weeks, how the supporters will troop to watch the games.

“We are still considering many factors in arriving at a very good decision that will help the course of the club.We have a lot to do within these few weeks ahead of us”, he concluded.
