Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko have completed the signing of ace forward Stephen Amankona.
The deadly goal poacher joined the Porcupine Warriors on a three-year deal after fruitful negotiations.[ads2]
This comes after Asante Kotoko reached a gentleman’s agreement with Berekum Chelsea for the services of the attacker.

Amankona was spectacular for Berekum Chelsea last season which attracted interest from not only Asante Kotoko but some other Premier league clubs including AshantiGold Sporting Club and Hearts of Oak.[ads3]
He was sensational and undoubtedly one of the best players in the league having scored 15 goals in all competitions in the 2020-21 season coupled with 7 assists, alongside three man-of-the-match awards.[ads5]
