Ghana Premier League side, King Faisal Football Club are set to name Francis Oti Akenteng as their new head coach.
King Faisal are in deep talks with the former Ghana Football Association’s technical director for the top position.[ads2]
This was made known by the Chief Executive Officer of King Faisal Football Club, Anwar Sadat in an interview on Accra-based Hot FM.
According to Anwar Sadat, the technical team of King Faisal Football Club has been dissolved by the management which means head coach Slavisa Bosivic has been sacked.[ads3]
Anwar Sadat added that former Elmina Sharks gaffer Andy Sinason is in line to serve as the assistant coach of King Faisal Football Club should talks end in a success.
“It’s true we have dissolved our technical team because our performance is very bad in the Ghana Premier League”, Anwar Sadat said on Hot FM.[ads4]
“There are good coaches but we are in talks with former GFA technical director Francis Oti Akenteng as King Faisal head coach and Andy sinason as his assistant”, he added.
King Faisal have accumulated four points after five matches in the Ghana Premier League, placing fourteenth on the league log.[ads5]
