Ghana Premier League side King Faisal Football Club have appointed Charles Frimpong Anokye as their new head coach.
This was made known by a list of coaches announced by the Club Licensing Board of the Ghana Football Association for the various Premier League clubs for the 2020/21 league season.[ads2]
Initially, Andy Sinason was the head coach for King Faisal but has been reverted to a position as assistant coach due to lack of requisite requirements.
Coach Sinason holds CAF license B coaching certificate which does not permit him to serve as the head coach of a Ghana Premier League hence the appointment of Charles Frimpong Anokye as the head coach.[ads3]
A statement from the Ghana FA Club Licensing Board reads, “King Faisal have appointed Charles Frimpong Anokye as Head Coach, Andy Sinason reverts to assistant role.”
