Ghanaian top-flight side King Faisal Football Club have appointed Jimmy Cobblah as new head coach.[ads2]
The Kumasi-based club have named the former Ghana U20 tactician as new head coach on a two-year deal after successful negotiations.
Cobblah has joined King Faisal after the sacking of Bozovic Branko and his assistant Ivica Cvetanovski on Monday.[ads3]
The two foreign coaches were fired by King Faisal following the team’s poor start to the season, losing three games.[ads4]
Jimmy Cobblah will be assisted by Godwin Ablordey on the dugout with a mandate to turn things around when the Ghana Premier League resumes.
Meanwhile, the Ghana Premier League has been put on hold after a court injunction filed by President of AshantiGold SC Dr Kwaku Frimpong.[ads5]
