Karela United players have undergone a successful Coronavirus test on Monday ahead of resumption of training.
This comes after the Ghana Premier League and the Division One league were given the greenlight to resume training as the Ghanaian government ease restrictions on contact sports.

The Ayinase-based side conducted a coronavirus test on the players and technical team to ascertain their health before resuming training.

Sporting activities in Ghana was suspended in March due to the coronavirus outbreak as one of the measures to mitigate the spread of the devastating disease.

But President Akufo-Addo in his seventieth nationwide address gave the permission for contact sports to resume in Ghana as government continues to ease restrictions.

After the greenlight from President Akufo-Addo, the Ghana FA announced that the 2020/2021 league season shall resume on Friday, November 13.
