A member of the Ghana Football Association, Techiman City FC have dragged the association to court.
This was contained in a writ of summons sighted by Kyfilla.com.

The division one league side have dragged the Ghana FA to the Accra High Court with the association given eight days to appear before court.
This comes few days after the Techiman-based club petitioned the Executive Council of the Ghana FA to call off the September 1, 2020 Congress of the Association untill all legal requirements are met for a ‘competent’ Congress to be held.
