Elmina Sharks forward James Bissue has left the club ahead of the new league season.
The ace goal poacher has parted ways with the Ghana Premier league outfit despite a fine form with the Elmina-based club last season.[ads2]
The 30-year old made this known on his Facebook post which reads, “today I depart from amazing club Elmina Sharks FC. I’m grateful to colleagues I worked with, players,suporters and technical team for the opportunity to serve. Wishing the team all the best. Thank you sharks I will always be one of you. You are now part of my history.
Bissue, one of the highly experienced footballers, joined Elmina Sharks on a two-year before the commencement of the 2020/21 league season.[ads3]
He signed for Elmina Sharks as a free agent after leaving Congolese outfit Sanga Balende
The former Hearts of Oak attacker would be remembered for his long range goal that many considered as a Pukas award-winning goal against Legon Cities FC at the Ndoum Sports Complex.[ads4]
James Bissue has formerly played for Sekondi Eleven Wise, Hapoel Be’er Sheva, Maccabi Ummal-Fahm, Hearts of Oak, Montreal Impact, Pittsburgh Riverhouse and Sanga Balende
On the international level, James Bissue made five appearances for Ghana U20 side at the 2011 African Youth Championship and was also part of the Ghana U-20 team.[ads5]
