Ghana midfielder Jackson Owusu is close to rejoining Premier league outfit Berekum Chelsea.
The experienced midfielder is rejoining the Berekum-based club ahead of the upcoming league season.[ads2]
The 32-year old has been unattached to any club since leaving Kenya Premier league outfit Gor Manhia in 2020.
It is believed that negotiations to rejoin Berekum Chelsea ahead of the upcoming league season is at the apex and a deal is expected to be finalized in the next coming days.[ads3]
Owusu played for Berekum Chelsea before joining Asante Kotoko but left in 2019 to seek for greener pastures.
He was part of the Ghana local Black Stars squad that won the 2013 WAFU Nations Cup after beating Senegal 3:1 in the final.[ads5]
