The Institute of Directors-Ghana (IoD-Ghana) has officially announced that its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Sunday, 23rd June 2025, via Zoom at 1600hrs GMT.
According to a formal notice issued by the Institute, the meeting will provide members an opportunity to receive and adopt reports from Directors and Auditors, and review financial statements for the year ending 31st December 2024.
Agenda items include:
Adoption of Directors, Auditors, and Financial Reports
Approval for Council to fix auditors’ remuneration
Election of Council Members for the 2025–2027 term
Discussion of any other business
The notice, dated 23rd May 2025, was signed by Firmus Advisory Limited, acting as Board Secretary on behalf of the Governing Council.
Members unable to attend the virtual session are allowed to appoint proxies. Completed proxy forms must be submitted to info@iodghana.org at least 48 hours before the meeting.
