Asante Kotoko winger Maxwell Kelvin Andoh has vowed to work harder to get enough playing time at the club.
Andoh started well at Asante Kotoko, featuring in the team’s most of their CAF Champions League and the Confederation Cup matches under former coach Kjetil Zachariassen.
His playing time has reduced drastically under new Asante Kotoko head coach Maxwell Konadu due to the competition that has set in at the Kotoko team.

The former Wa All Stars winger who is currently training at home due to the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus, has vowed to fight for a starting berth at Asante Kotoko when the league season resumes.
“Football is full of uncertainties. I played several games during our Africa campaign and even scored. Unfortunately, we could not progress in the Champions League and the Confederation Cup and the coach was sacked.”

“I would not say that affected me. But every coach has his style of play and what he requires from players. I have played a few games under Coach Maxwell Konadu but I still want more. I have to push myself harder to get there.”
“The competition for places has become intense and the best thing to do now is to fight harder. Everything depends on me. I am working hard in this break and hopefully, things will change when football resumes”, he told Kotoko Express.
