The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama has stated that he holds no grudge with Sarkodie and Samini endorsing President Akufo-Addo.
The two celebrated Ghanaian musicians have endorsed President Akufo-Addo for another term in office as the 2020 December polls beckons.

The two artistes have also went ahead to compose a song for President Akufo-Addo as a sign of their support to the NPP flagbearer ahead of the 2020 general elections.
But speaking on Starr FM, John Dramani Mahama has stated that he has no problem with the two artistes endorsing President Akufo-Addo since every Ghanaian has the right to choose who to support.

“If someone compose a song for a politician, it doesn’t mean the person has endorsed that politician”, Mahama said.
” I have decided not to involve any celebrity in my campaign because I have noticed that most of these celebrities who engage in political activities have their career coming to an end, so this time around I have decided not to involve any of them”

“I don’t have a problem with anyone endorsing Akufo-Addo, it is their right”, he added.
