Division One League outfit, FC Samartex have reportedly appointed Henry Wellington as new head coach.
This comes following the exit of coach Kobina Amissah who was appointed the head coach of the Samraboi-based club about three months ago.[ads2]
As Kyfilla.com earlier broke the news, Kobina Amissah relinquished his position as the head coach of FC Samartex on Monday with his reasons yet to land on the desk of this portal.
And after management deliberations, former Hearts of Oak trainer, Henry Wellington has reportedly been given the mantle to continue from where Kobina Amissah left the team.[ads3]
Wellington, according to multiple reports, has been handed the FC Samartex coaching role hours after quitting his job as head coach of another division one league outfit Nzema Kotoko.
He joined Nzema Kotoko for a second time midway of last season and led the team to fourth position in zone II of the division one league.
With his vast experience in the domestic league, coach Henry Wellington is expected to secure Ghana Premier league ticket for FC Samartex in the upcoming division one league.[ads5]
