Ghana Premier League giant, Hearts of Oak have denied that their player Manaf Umar never begged Efia Odo for mobile money.
Since the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic, most celebrities in Ghana have begun dashing monies to fans to keep them going in this hard times.

Popular Ghanaian actress and TV Presenter Ms Andrea Owusu largely known as Efia Odo took to his twitter page, asking her followers to drop their mobile money numbers for an undisclosed amount.
Surprisingly, Hearts of Oak attacker Manaf Umar dropped his digits among the hundreds of Ghanaians who have dropped their contacts for the undisclosed amounts from the actress.

This has sparked an unrest in the Ghanaian media, with some indicating that, the players at Hearts of Oak are struggling which has caused Manaf Umar to chase Efia Odo for a mobile money.

However, Hearts of Oak have denied the reportage, indicating that the twitter account of their player was hijacked.
A statement from the club reads, “Manaf Umar never made money request. Our midfielder never requested for money from Ghanaian actress Efia Odo. His Twitter account was hacked in making this request. Please disregard the report.

Meanwhile, Efia Odo is said to be a die hard Hearts of Oak fan.
