Hearts of Oak head coach Edward Nii Odoom has named his Ghana Premier League all-time best eleven.
Surprisingly, Nii Odoom omitted the likes of Charles Taylor, Bernard Dong-Bortey and Amankwah Mireku who were key for Hearts of Oak and helped the team to chalk continental success.
In an interview with Pulsegh, Nii Odoom went for goalkeeper Simon Addo in posts ahead of Sammy Adjei, Eben Dida, George Owu and host of others.

In defence, Nii Odoom went in for former Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak defender Agyemang Duah and Sam Johnson as his centre-backs while Godfred Yeboah and Frank Amankwaa [Former Kotoko players] complete the right and left-back roles respectively.
Former Asante Kotoko midfielder Yusif Chibsah made it as the only defensive midfielder in Edward Nii Odom’s list.
Joseph Fameyeh formerly of Hearts of Oak and Adjeteey Lee forms the left and right wing respectively with Emmanuel Osei Kuffour completing the three-man supportive midfielders.

Nii Odoom partnered former Asante Kotoko striker Shila Alhassan and the deadly Hearts of Oak goal poacher Ishmael Addo as the centre forwards.
