The representatives of Asante Kotoko defender Habib Mohammed, Club Consult Africa have denied reportage that their client has handed in transfer request at the club.
The versatile defender has been in the news recently after a near-bust with head coach Johnson Smith in their game against King Faisal in Techiman.[ads2]
Though the player came to apologized, there were reports that he is not happy at the club and has handed in transfer request.
The reports were that Habib Mohammed had a deal in Turkey and the United States but management of Asante Kotoko failed to let him go hence his main reason for handing in a transfer request.[ads3]
But Club Consult Africa who are the sole representatives of Habib Mohammed have denied the reportage, stating clearly that the player still has a contract with Asante Kotoko and ready to stay.
