The government of Ghana has given the greenlight for football loving fans to return to various Ghana Premier League match venues.
Since the commencement of the 2020/21 league season, football fans in the country have been denied the right of attending league matches due to the novel Coronavirus.[ads2]
This was an order from the government of Ghana as part of measures in combating the devastating coronavirus.
But the ban has been lifted following the country’s impressive performance in the fight against the disease.[ads3]
A statement from the Youth and Sports Ministry indicate that football fans can now go to match venues to support their various teams but shouldn’t exceed twenty-five percent (25%) with all the Coronavirus safety protocols in force.
