This comes following calls from some of the citizens of the country for the former Hearts of Oak talisman to be given a passport to enable him travel to most of the European countries.
Many believe this could be a way from the Albanian government to lure the player to switch nationality to play for the Southeastern European country despite a couple of national team call-ups by Ghana.
