The Ghana Football Association will be holding a meeting with the 18 Ghana Premier League clubs on the disbursement of the FIFA and CAF Relief Funds.
The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 22 and will be held electronically.

Among other things, the GFA will be explaining to them the rationale behind the disbursement of FIFA COVID-19 relief fund which many clubs have shown their unhappiness according findings of Oyerepa FM.
The Ghana Premier League clubs were allocated to $270,000.00 which each of the 18 clubs will get an amount of $15,000.00.

In a related development, President of Berekum Chelsea, Nana Kwame Nketiah has also told Oyerepa 100.7 FM the Ghana Premier League clubs have resolved not to air their grievances in the media but wants to meet the leadership of the Ghana Football Association to seek explanation as to why some monies were allocated to some stakeholders.
“Unlike the Division One clubs, we want to meet the GFA President and the Executive Council to ascertain the reasons behind the disbursement, we are not satisfied and need explanations but we want to take the right channel”
