Former AshantiGold Sporting Club striker, Shafiu Mumuni has debunked reports of signing for Dreams FC.
The talented goal poacher was reported in the local media to have signed for Dreams FC on a two-year deal.

But the Black Stars ‘B’ forward has denied the widespread reportage, stressing that he has not signed for Dreams FC as speculated in the media.
“It’s not true, I have not spoken to anyone at Dreams. There are suitors from France,Spain and Portugal and in Ghana, Kotoko is also around. It’s not true am joining Dreams FC”, Shafiu Mumuni said on Kumasi-based Oyerepa FM.

Shafiu Mumuni is currently a free agent after failing to renew his contract with AshantiGold Sporting Club.
He has been heavily linked to Ghana Premier League record holders Asante Kotoko with talks reportedly far in advanced.
