Former Asante Kotoko midfielder Jackson Owusu has expressed his desire to return to the club again after stint with Gor Mahia in Kenya.
The defensive midfielder is now a free agent after a year stint with Kenyan side Gor Mahia and will welcome a deal from Asante Kotoko.
“Of course, I have had some interest from a host of clubs including some in the Kenyan league,” he confirms to Kotoko Express App.

“But, my relationship with Coach Steve Polack always makes it difficult for me. He has had to block some deals but to be honest, he knows my love for Kotoko and should there be an offer, I will accept it and come back home because I know what Kotoko is about. I will differently accept and play with the same seriousness and desire.”
Owusu played for Asante Kotoko from 2015-2019 and was a permanent figure under former coach Steve Pollack.
Pollack then left Kotoko to Gor Mahia with Jackson Owusu but the midfielder has completed his year deal with the Kenyan side and currently remains a free agent.
