Former Black Stars of Ghana and Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Emmanuel Kofi Anue has been laid to rest in the United States of America.
Anue was buried at the Hollywood Memorial Cemetery in the United States.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, few family members were in attendance with social distancing in practice.
Kofi Anue died in New Jersey of the United States weeks ago after battling an illness. He died at the age of 79.
He kept the post for the Black Stars of Ghana from 1966-1969 and also played for National Academicals and Great Olympics before joining New Yorke Cosmos in the United States of America.
