The world football governing body FIFA has released their verdict on the Emmanuel Clottey transfer from Esperance de Tunis to Asante Kotoko in 2015.
According to the verdict from FIFA, Kotoko have to pay a total sum of $240,000 dollars within a month or face demotion to the division one league.

The world football governing body based their verdict on a three cash components to be paid by the Ghana Premier Leagues giant within a space of 31 days.

Per the verdict, FIFA are demanding Kotoko to make a full payment of $180,000 to Esperance which was the transfer fee of Emmanuel Clottey.
Also, the Porcupine Warriors are to pay an interest of $45,000 for delaying to pay Esperance de Tunis the transfer fee.

Finally, FIFA has ordered Kotoko to pay the committee that sat on the case $15,000 totalling the figures to $240,000.
Meanwhile, Esperance de Tunis are also owing Asante Kotoko $150,000 as the transfer fee of midfielder Kwame Bonsu to the Tunisian giant.
