Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Felix Annan has reacted to his exclusion from the Black Stars squad to face Sudan in 2021 AFCON Qualifiers.
The talented netminder was not part of the Ghana squad announced by head coach CK Akonnor in a press conference on Tuesday afternoon.

The once upon a time Asante Kotoko hero after a successful wedding, has been gradually losing his position as Kotoko first choice shot-stopper to Kwame Baah who has been impressive in the team’s Ghana Premier League campaign.
His absence in between the sticks for Kotoko has culminated to his exclusion from the Black Stars squad, losing the spot to Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Richard Attah who has earned his debut Black Stars call-up.

Just after the squad was announced by CK Akonnor, Felix Annan dropped a subtle message on his twitter page saying ‘Thank You’ which some believe it a vile dig to Kotoko coach Maxwell Konadu for constantly benching him.

Despite his absence from the Black Stars squad, Felix Annan is expected to work his way out at Kotoko to enable him regain his slot in the Black Stars.
