Ghana Premier League side, Medeama SC have settled the debt owed striker Ahmed Toure.
The 34-year old dragged Medeama to FIFA over breach of contract of which the international football governing body ordered the club to settle the debt within a space of 45 days or face ban.
Earlier reports were that Gh¢60,900 of the total amount is outstanding renumeration while the remaining amount is supposed to be paid as compensation for breach of contract.
However, a top member at the hierarchy of Medeama SC has disclosed to Kyfilla.com that the debt has finally been settled.
“The debt has been settled, we no longer owe Ahmed Toure and FIFA is not going to punish us”, the deep throat who want to remain anonymous told Kyfilla.com in an exclusive interview.
Ahmed Toure joined Medeama Sporting Club prior to the commencement of the 2021/22 league season on a free transfer after leaving Congolese side AS Vita Club.
He scored 5 goals in 7 matches before his stay at the Medeama was cut short.
