Ghana Premier League side Medeama Sporting Club have secured a sponsorship deal with mining firm Goldfields Tarkwa-Darmang, Kyfilla.com can reveal.

Kyfilla.com months ago, broke the news that, the two parties have reached the advanced stage of discussion and a deal is expected to be finalized soon.
After several meetings, the management of the two parties have reached an agreement.
Though the details of the deal is scanty, Kyfilla.com can exclusively reveal that the deal will be completed next week.
When the deal is finalized next week as scheduled, Goldfields will be serving as the headline sponsors of the Ghana Premier League side after the one-year deal with betting company Betway came to an end.
Already, Goldfields have begun constructing a $12m 10,000 seater capacity stadium for the club as part of the sponsorship deal to make the team unbeatable in the West African nation.

Kyfilla.com understands that, the new stadium will feature a complete seating capacity and redesigning of the pitch, VIP, media stands, tickets boot, drainage amongst others.
Medeama Sporting Club currently sit at the summit of the ongoing Ghana Premier League with 24 points after 13 matches.
