Ghana Premier league side Medeama SC are set to complete the signing of goalkeeper Emmanuel Adu.
The Tarkwa-based outfit have reportedly reached an agreement with Berekum Arsenal for the service of the highly-rated goalkeeper.[ads2]
It is believed that the Yellow and Mauves have earmarked the goalkeeper as a perfect replacement for Frank Boateng who had his contract with the team terminated.
Emmanuel Adu was spectacular for Berekum Arsenal in the just ended season in the division one league despite the club’s failure to secure a ticket to the premiership.
Adu capped 25 matches for Berekum Arsenal in the just ended season, conceded 14 goals with 13 clean sheets.[ads3]
As a goalkeeper, Emmanuel Adu won four man of the match awards, saved two penalties out of the three that he faced.
