Asante Kotoko winger Emmanuel Gyamfi has agreed to sign a new one year deal with the club according source.
Gyamfi will have his contract with the Porcupine Warriors coming to an end by the close of Thursday, May 20, 2021.
But according to sources, the winger will sign a new one-year deal with Asante Kotoko after a successful discussion with the management of the club.
He is expected to put pen to paper latest by Friday, May 21, 2021 and will be available for selection in Asante Kotoko league game against WAFA SC at the Lenclay Sports Stadium in Obuasi on Saturday.
Gyamfi has been spectacular this season for Asante Kotoko under new head coach Mariano Barreto, contributing immensely to the team’s success in the ongoing league season.
He is currently the deputy skipper for Asante Kotoko with Felix Annan as the main skipper.
