Black Queens midfielder, Ernestina Abambila has completed a one year deal from Polish side UKS SMS ŁÓDŹ to Turkish topflight side Hakkarigücü Spor.
The midfielder confirmed the deal on her social media pages on Saturday, September 2, 2023.
Abambila spent the last two seasons at UKS SMS LODZ and helped them secure the league and the cup titles. Hakkarigücü Spor becomes the 24-year-old’s eight professional club in Europe.
She began her professional career with FK Minsk where she lifted all the Belarusian domestic titles as well as becoming the first Ghanaian to score in the UEFA Women’s Champions League when she scored against Slovenian side, Ljubljana in the 2017/18 UEFA Women’s Champions League.
