Black Stars of Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Agyeman-Badu has disclosed his desire to return to Asante Kotoko.
The 29-year played for Asante Kotoko in the 2008-2009 season from Berekum Arsenal before joining Spanish lower tier side Recreativo.

Currently with Italian Serie A outfit Hellas Verona on loan from Udinese Calcio, Agyeman-Badu believes he has an unfinished business with Kotoko and looks forward to return back to the team.
Speaking on Asempa FM’s Sports Avenue show, the former Ghana U-20 world cup winner stated that, it was his desire to play Asante Kotoko to the highest level but could not do so before joining Recreativo on loan in Spain.

“The two most Regrettable aspect of my Football career is not representing Asante Kotoko to the highest level, and my failure to win the AFCON trophy with the Black Stars” he said.

“I have unfinished business with Asante Kotoko and I know I will one day come back to the club either in a Coaching capacity or managerial role, I really love the club”.
Emmanuel Agyeman-Badu has capped over 78 times for the Black Stars of Ghana, scoring 11 goals since making his debut in 2008.
