The technical handlers of the Black Maidens of Ghana have dropped eight players from the team’s camp in Prampram.

The National women’s U-17 side have begun camping at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram, preparing for their upcoming FIFA U-17 World Cup qualifiers.
After days of intensive preparations, the technical team have dropped eight players from the camp out of the forty-two due to poor outputs in performance.

The eight players are Safiatu Salifu, Elizabeth Ayitey, Sarah Ohene Nyamekye, Abigail Among, Esther Anane, Eunice Kpentey, Sophia Agyaakwa, and Mary Awuah Boateng.
The number of the players in camp are expected to be cut down again after their friendly game against Accra Select Side at the McDan La Town Park in Accra on Thursday.
