The Majority Shareholder of Ashgold Sporting Club Dr. Kwaku Frimpong has reportedly named a five-man management committee.
According to media reports, the astute businessman has named his son Emmanuel Frimpong as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Premier League side.

Emmanuel Frimpong has been made the CEO following the sudden resignation of Frederick Acheampong.
Kyfilla.com earlier broke the news that, Dr. Kwaku Frimpong is considering to appoint his son as the CEO of the club and it being reported that Emmanuel Frimpong has been given the position.
Former BA United Chief Executive Officer Roy Arthur has joined the Miners as the Sporting Director with Mr. Seth Boakye Agyemang as the Administrative Manager.
