Hearts of Oak defender Dennis Korsah has been dropped from the Ghana squad to face Central African Republic in the 2023 African Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The left-back earned a late call-up to the Black Stars after Abdul Baba Rahman picked up an injury in Madagascar game.
Korsah was however dropped from the final squad for the Central African Republic game on Sunday despite impressing at training.
Other players dropped include Hearts of Oak attacker Daniel Afriyie Barnieh, Augustine Okrah of Bechem United and Celta Vigo ace Joseph Aidoo who is out injured.
The Black Stars after beating Madagascar 3:0 in Cape Coast will face Central African Republic in the second game of the 2023 AFCON qualifiers on June 5.
The team will then travel to Japan for a four-nation tournament against Chile, Tunisia and the host country from 10-14, 2022.
